Since 2015 has been instrumental in setting up the new campus of Sensea Maritime Academy and spearheading the expansion process of Sensea. Started Seavision Maritime Pvt. Ltd. to provide manpower and technical management services to IWT sector in India. Has been imparting maritime training in Bahrain in collaboration with Jet Bridge Consultancy. A cargo expeditor, a pre-vetting inspector, a port captain and a DNV approved Lead Auditor.

Expert in seismic surveying, FPSO, ROV inspection, VLCC/ULCC transport, and offshore support. Proven record in audits, risk management, and high-performance team leadership, delivering results in the most challenging marine environments.

A highly experienced and dedicated Marine Chief Engineer with over 45 years of total sea-going experience, including more than 36 years serving as Chief Engineer on various types of tanker vessels. Possesses extensive technical expertise in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of marine machinery and engineering systems onboard oil tankers, chemical tankers, and product tankers.

Experienced Technical Superintendent with over 15 years of maritime industry experience, specializing in shipboard automation systems, technical troubleshooting, and vessel maintenance management. Strong expertise in marine automation, control systems, machinery diagnostics, and problem-solving onboard ships. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills when working with ship crews, shipyards, and management teams.

Extensive experience in Shipping, Crew logistics, Travel Management, HR & Administration Management positions reporting to senior leadership in a highly complex, dynamic & Global / multicultural organizations and consistently exceeding and meeting leadership expectations.

As the Admin In-Charge with 4 years of dedicated service in our organization, Mr. Samir Sikari manages all administrative operations with efficiency and precision. From coordinating internal processes to overseeing communication and organizational workflows, he ensures that every project runs smoothly. His proactive approach and attention to detail make him the backbone of our day-to-day operations.

With more than 20 years of extensive field experience, Mr. Monojit Kayal oversees all on-site operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project. His expertise spans a wide range of marine field activities including surveys, repair work, fittings, and maintenance tasks. Known for his strong leadership and practical problem-solving abilities, Mr. Kayal plays a vital role in maintaining smooth coordination between our workshop and field operations.

Graduated from Lady Sriram College, New Delhi with Sociology and master's from North Bengal University. Apart from being a Director and Share Holder in the organization she has been looking after the HR and recruitment process of the company. She has been instrumental in setting the HR policies and streamlining various activities of the organization.

A dedicated Project Manager with a strong academic background. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Barasat Government College and a Master's Degree in Sanskrit from Rabindra Bharati University. She oversees project planning, coordination, and execution while collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
